A very productive weekend is about to finish and my vacation will start on Monday. Pefection in my opinion!
I managed to finish 4 new combatants for my Nurgle warband and will probably finish a Chaos Marauder later tonight. Here are the four fellows:

Nurgle warband: Latest additions |
First out is a Chaos Thug. Not sure if GW ever named this one. Does anyone known? A good sculpt I think with a good face that I spent a little more time on.

Next out is another Chaos Thug that I think is know to most as Skull-Face. A beautiful stupid look. Love how is scratches his head.

At last the Chaos Dwarfs Ninja and Khardang Bloodsucker. The Ninja is a great mini and I have a thing for oriental minis at the moment so this was a natural pick for the warband. Khardang is perfect for a Nurgle warband.

Hope you like 'em!
Really Great ones. These are absolulte classics (though I still don't own any :/).
ReplyDeleteYou really got everything from the mini if your work on the face and the purple hair wich fits very well. The shield is also very orgininal with a more complicated device on the rear than on the front, very clever.
The pothers have the right balance between realism and fantasy like most of your work.
I would be very interested in a basing tutorial or skin tutorial if you ever have the time.
Thanks Asslessman! Glad you like 'em. I'll see what I can do with a tutorial. For the bases it should be quire straightforward as I standardized how I build/paint them. For the skin it might be trickier. I'm not very methodical and I use multiple thin layer of very diluted paint and go about painting 'til I'm happy...I'll see what I can do though. /Hans
DeleteThat thug has such a dynamic pose - love it!
ReplyDeleteIt has - I found out that Citadel called him Maniac which I find suitable. Thx/Hans
